What were your top reads of 2021? I’d love to know! this one was no exception!! it took me awhile to read bc i was in a slump but i managed to push through and finish it. the Invisible Life of Addie Larue by V.E. the writing is fantastic but not too heavy for a retelling. i absolutely devoured it - i read it mostly in one sitting. A Song of Achilles by Madeline MillerĮveryone was reading this book this year and i’ve had it on my tbr for soo long so i finally read it and wow it was good. highly recommend it but please look at the trigger warnings first! 4. it’s a phenomenal novel and it felt too real. Ouch, this was my last read of 2021 and it made me cry so much. I can’t believe i didn’t read this book sooner. i have a review of it from earlier this year on my Instagram! 2. this book got me out of a reading slump and it’s all i want my friends to read. Crying in H Mart by Michelle ZaunerĪn absolutely stunning debut. □ here’s my little list of favs from last year in order: 1. im currently reading book lovers by emily henry and loving it so far. im making my goodreads goal 50 this year because i use to average around 50 books so we’ll see if that happens. i used to read so much more yearly but life has too much lately. Here are my favorite reads of last year! i read 23 books last year but i ended up loving a lot of them.
